What is the Application for CAT6 Ethernet Cable ?

A CAT6 Ethernet Cable are mainly used for Home Network or Office Network. In a Network environment reaching a Gb, 1000Mbps or 1Gbps of Data Transfer Speed Rate (DTR) or Higher.

Characteristics of a CAT6 Ethernet Cable

  • It consists of 4 pairs of copper wires, They are all for Data Transfer.

  • Provides a bandwidth of 250Mhz, Speed Up to 10 Gbps, And maybe stretched up to 100 meters in length/distance.

  • It Provides more quality crosstalk and attenuation protection than the previous twisted pair cable versions.
